This system, consisting of various components and mechanisms, is designed with the philosophy that guides all our products, focusing on simple yet highly reliable technical solutions, thanks to robust and oversized components.
The flywheel, for example, a fundamental element of the transmission, is built with an increased diameter, resulting in a high moment of inertia, making it super effective even when facing irregular windrows with product accumulations or very dense layers that need to be compressed.
The bevel gear in the gearbox, the true driving force of the transmission, has also been designed to be oversized, allowing it to transmit high power to its drive shaft, which synchronises the action of the piston, fork, and knotters.
Every other detail of the transmission has been designed for robustness and simplification, reducing friction and optimising the efficiency of the mechanisms, greatly benefiting durability and minimising maintenance interventions.

Extra-long stroke of 740 mm to further enhance the piston’s effectiveness, delivering not only more compact, dense, and solid-edged bales, but also significantly reducing product back-pressure on the twine, ensuring smooth tying, especially in the toughest baling conditions.

Robust load-bearing structure designed for high-intensity use, featuring five large tooth-bar assemblies equipped with fifteen top-quality flanged bearings. Up to one hundred and ten highly flexible teeth and two large high-capacity cochleas ensure the rapid and uniform collection and conveyance of product into the pre-chamber, guaranteeing expertly shaped bales.
Trapezoidal drive belt to eliminate issues associated with chain transmission, making it easier to source and install when necessary, while increasing safety due to its ability to slip in the event of overloads, sudden obstacles, or accidents.
Increased width exceeding traditional limits: up to 2.20 m of total collection width and 1.97 m of effective working width, ensuring easy and complete product collection, even when laid in irregular windrows or left loose in the field after harvesting without prior windrowing.

CENTRAL features a combined feeding system that shapes the collected product into uniform layers, with reduced soil and stone residues.
An efficiency feature of the system, consisting of a swinging loading fork made of Hardox® and a long high-capacity pre-chamber mounted vertically, to aid the fall of soil residues from the product before it is compacted into dense layers by the action of the piston.
Equipped with a useful hinged door to clear the pre-chamber in case of debris accumulation or blockage, the system further enhances collection speed, thanks to the fork’s ability to fill the compression chamber at an accelerated rate of one hundred layers per minute.
For CENTRAL, particularly long side panels have been chosen to increase the friction surface and enhance the compression level of the product, especially in cases of particularly high temperatures and dry materials.
Additionally, to maintain density with slippery products, the chamber is equipped with adjustable side doors that allow for the integration of the pressure applied to the bale by the upper and lower crossbars. Furthermore, for continuous density control, the pneumatic “Bale Adjuster” system can be installed upon request, capable of automatically adjusting the pressure of the side rails as the harvesting conditions change throughout the day.

When it comes to tiers, the true heart of the baler, excellence is represented by RASSPE®, the brand recognised by farmers worldwide for high performance, easy maintenance, and impeccable binding, even under adverse conditions.
CENTRAL is equipped with RASSPE® twine tiers in the more robust HD version, ensuring extremely tight and durable knots even at maximum compression density and in the most intense and severe working conditions, year after year.

On CENTRAL, continuous density control is ensured by the BALE ADJUSTER device, a pneumatic system capable of automatically adjusting the pressure inside the compression chamber.
The system consists of:
A compressor with a solenoid valve housed in the baler;
A remote control box, equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure adjustment button, mounted on the tractor for immediate use.
The operator, when harvesting conditions change, can adjust the pressure in the compression chamber by pressing the adjustment button on the control box.
This is made possible by the air sent from the compressor to the pneumatic actuator, which will automatically compress and expand the upper and lower panels of the chamber as the product passes through, ensuring that bales are always of the same density.

Thanks to a capable distribution unit connected to a single charging point, the centralised system available on CENTRAL can distribute grease to 16 points located on the tie-ups, the support for the toothed disc, and the support for the swinging arm.
